The Partner visa allows the spouse or de facto partner of an eligible Australian to live in Australia, leading to permanent residence.

Sponsored by an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or eligible New Zealand citizen.

Genuine and continuing married or de facto relationship.

Must not have a previous visa cancellation or refusal (some exemptions apply).
