·      The applicant is a remaining relative of an Australian citizen/permanent resident or of an eligible New Zealand citizen; and the applicant and their partner (if any) must have no near relatives other than those in Australia, permanent resident/citizen or are eligible New Zealand citizen.

·        For this visa officers will interview the Sponsor and the nominated applicant. The Onus of proof and evidence will be required.

·        family registration certificate, birth, and death certificates

·        Medical or taxation records, maybe DNA testing is required.

·        Sponsors should not have any limitation on sponsoring Nominee.
