·        The client must be offshore and has physically met their future spouse since turning 18 years of age. Both must marry within 9 months of the grant of this visa, this visa cannot be extended. Therefore, applicants must submit a notice of intention to marry (NOIM) from a celebrant or court. NOIM must not be more than 18 months old.
