·        Applicants who have completed two years of CRICOSE registered course can apply for this visa within six months of completion of course. Study must be completed as a full-time course and in English.

·        Hold a student visa, or any substantive visa or bridging visa A or B.

·        Applicant may be eligible for covid concessions.

·        Evidence to prove that the applicant has completed a higher engineering degree in the last 2 years from a specified educational institute and has acquired a degree accredited under the Washington accord. ·        Must be under 31 years of age.

·        Must not have previously held a 485/476 visa unless holding as a member of family unit.

·        Must have required English level certificate from approved testing bodies.
