Eligibility

·        This is a provisional visa leading to a permanent visa, if all the conditions of permanent visa are met, can be lodged from inside and outside of Australia.

·        Client must be under 45 years of age

·        must have his occupation in the MLTSSL or STSOL (Short Term skilled occupation list), or ROL (Regional occupation list)

·        client must possess competent level English language proficiency skill

·        must have a positive skill assessment from the relevant skill assessing authority not more than 3 years old, in the same nominated occupation

·        must attain a minimum point to become eligible to apply for this visa.

·        Must be invited from a state to apply
