·        This is a permanent visa ad can be lodged from inside and outside of Australia.

·        Client must be under 45 years of age

·        must have his occupation in the MLTSSL or STSOL (Short Term skilled occupation list)

·        client must possess competent level English language proficiency skill

·        must have a positive skill assessment from the relevant skill assessing authority not more than 3 years old, in the same nominated occupation

·        must attain a minimum point to become eligible to apply for this visa.
