(Unless exempted). Further defined in reg 1.15f, Migration Regulation 1994; Cth

·        Welfare arrangements: Applicants under 18 years are required to enclose their living arrangements with the visa application. Form 157n; confirmation of living arrangement from education provider; or an acceptance advice of secondary exchange students only.

·        Parental consent: Form 1229 if child is under 18

·        Genuine student requirement: including statement of purpose and valid documents including education and work documents linking future study program.

·        Financial documents: Approximately $45,000 Aud / student only, more fund evidence will be required to prove if dependents are included in application. Additional $22,000/per annum is required per person to support living expenses in Australia for subclass 590 visa.
